• Hiring, supervision, and management of staff... servers, bussers, bartenders, etc... (does NOT include staff wages)
• Vendor follow-up calls and emailing timeline to all pertinent parties one week prior to wedding
  
• Rehearsal of your wedding ceremony up to 2 hours
  
• Supervision and management of your wedding day for up to 10 hours

Deluxe Coordination

• As many phone consultations as necessary to determine your needs for a stress-free day
  
• Unlimited email & text communication
• Preferred vendor and contact information
• Coordination with vendors to ensure that your needs are met and that things proceed in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Venue recommendations and video of venues of interest
  
• Assistance in creating a wedding day timeline
• Staffing suggestion for flawless service on your wedding day
  
• Hiring, supervision, and management of staff... servers, bussers, bartenders, etc... (does NOT include staff wages)
• Creative input and practical advice to realize your wedding vision
• Vendor follow-up calls and emailing timeline to all pertinent parties one week prior to wedding
  
• Rehearsal dinner recommendations
• Rehearsal of your wedding ceremony & supervision of your welcome dinner for up to 4 hours
• Supervision and management of your wedding day for up to 10 hours with the addition of one assistant

The intimate wedding packages are designed for 150 people or less.

There will be an additional charge of $300 for the venue of the Mendocino Woodlands
